Victor Sauers: President / CEO

Mr. Sauers has over 20 years in strategic business leadership for new manufacturing technology in areas of semiconductor, large scale facilities, thin film technologies and si-solar. He has specialized for 12 years in technical advising to business groups in renewable energy, renewable energy manufacturing and energy efficiency. Victor’s experience includes managing Applied Materials Etch / CVD lean manufacturing and construction and Zero Defect Control operations of a $1.3 Billion per year revenue operation.

He currently serves on various committees including ERCOT ETWG for Energy Storage, TREIA for Utility Wind and Energy Storage (Advocate Leader) , PIAC with AMD, Applied Materials, 3M, and Samsung.
Mr. Sauers is also a board technical adviser to World Technology Ventures (WTV).

Greg Cooper: Industrial Asset Acquisition

Mr. Cooper serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Goldwasser International. A partner in the company, Greg is a driving force in the company’s long-term vision. Under Mr. Cooper’s leadership, Goldwasser has had Over $1 Billion in real estate sales and is responsible for Over 100 professional agents.
Mr. Cooper provides the following expertise:
a. Complex public/private financing mechanisms
b. Working with lobbyists/legislators/special taxing districts
c. Alternative energy generation/distribution and interconnect issues
d. Highest and best use analysis
e. Absorption analysis
Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Houston and worked as a senior accountant/analyst for a major mutual fund group. Greg earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

 W. Kent Hedges: Program ManagerMr. Hedges comes to the organization through Hedges Resources.

Kent brings over 20 years of progressive program, project, client, business development, and management experience to the TKO Energy Capital team. A former Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, he has led multidisciplinary teams directing marketing, strategic planning, design and construction of facilities, environmental quality initiatives, and master planning. Kent has managed a $2.5B Military Construction program, a $400M Facilities Restoration and Modernization program, and the design, study, and NEPA programs for a 125,000 acre military reservation with 3,800 structures, 530 miles of road, 525 miles of sewer and water main, 7 sewage treatment plants, and 23 reservoirs. He has overseen proposal and project execution efforts for over 500 miles of 345 kV electric transmission lines. He has been responsible for building, managing and expanding relationships with key power and alternative energy market clients across multiple geographic regions by facilitating the development of new work, execution of the work and resolving internal and external conflicts/issues.

 John Ullmann: V.P. Asian Finance

Mr. Ullmann comes to the organization through World Technologies Ventures.
John has over 25 years of international finance and management experience specializing in local and cross border M&A.  John has executed various projects including Asian CBC ($270 Million USD), Capital and loan fund raising ($350 Million USD), Pre-IPO and fund raising road show project management, as well as business development and relationship management, particularly in the PRC.  John has specific expertise in project and product development and launch, particularly in the PRC, corporate formation, restructuring, negotiations, conflict resolutions and investor relations, and as a strong networker, with contacts throughout the PRC, Asia and Europe with senior corporate and finance industry officers.

Jim Kimo Storke: Strategic Adviser for Domestic and International Finance.
Mr. Kimo Storke comes to the organization from KAS Consulting
Kimo has 26 years of business experience and 6 years of U.S. military experience.
Kimo is focused on Business Development and Financial Solutions in the energy sector.
He is responsible for bringing in $870M of financing for Energy Companies since 2006.
He represents one of the nation’s leading energy infrastructure funds with over $21B under management and a $1.25B Renewable Energy Fund.

Robert “Jerry” Converse :
Mr. Robert “Jerry” Converse is Of Counsel to Fulbright & Jaworski.
Mr. Converse has more than 40 years’ experience in commercial transactions. Many of them have involved traditional or alternative energy projects.
He has significant experience in advising and counseling American and International business organizations, institutions and developers regarding traditional energy projects and recent, relevant experience in alternative energy projects, such as solar, wind and biomass projects.
His experience also includes counseling and advisory on entity selection, structuring and governance, as well as issues bearing on site locations such as land use regulations and private restrictive covenant schemes. These matters include:
a. The purchase, sale, development, financing and leasing of traditional energy projects, including participation agreements, farmouts, production payments.
b. Acquisition, development, financing, leasing, of sites for alternative energy generation projects, including location acquisition, lease and easement agreements.
c. Counsel and advice regarding power purchase agreements and system interconnection agreements.
d. Governmental and industry economic development incentive programs.
e. Zoning, subdivision and other land use regulation matters.
f. Ownership entity formations, syndications, operations and dissolution.
